Ingredients for Salad:
Cook your spinach by either boiling in a small amount of water together with the asparagus. Add a small amount of olive oil. Then add your tomatoes.Continue to cook for about 2 - 3 minutes.Remove from heat Finally add avocado pieces and balsamic vinegar. Voila! Bon Appetit!
