BLUEBERRY COCO CAKE

Keto / Paleo / Low Carb Friendly Per Slice - 43 calories, Carbs 2g, Protein 4g, Fat 1,4g 

 I made this delicious treat many years ago when I was trying to lose weight. We all struggle with anything in life whenever we eliminate it from our diet. So I created this delicious cake which has no grains and only 2 g of carbs per slice. 


Per Slice - 43 calories, Carbs 2g, Protein 4g, Fat 1,4g 

 24 g (scoop) protein powder 

30 g coconut flour 

200 ml unsweetened almond milk 

 1 egg  1 tsp baking powder 

1 tsp vanilla extract 

25 g blueberries 

30 g zero calorie sweetener 

You could use egg whites instead / substitute the ingredients if needed. What do you think? Don't deny yourself treats because you are on a diet. This cake nearly has the texture of a regular cake.
